Our Virgin Policy:
If virgin tangles, mattes or Sheds excessively within 6 months, then it can be replace or repair for free.
One time only
However, the final decision will be of Xquizite's to either repair or replace depending on the state.
This does not include lace repair or rips, additional will be charge.
